Requirement 3: GP Anayst Exp: 2- 5 Years Location : Mumbai Position : Contract(6 Months) Hybrid Mode : 4 days & 1 day WFH - Partner with global, multi-functional teams to administer the Company's carried interest plans. - Establish open communication lines with appropriate partners, especially in Human Resources, Tax, Fund Accounting and Legal. - Review and analysis of income statement & balance sheet accounts of GP entities and provide commentary for variance. - Review and prepares monthly reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts and substantiation of the balances. - Produce periodic (monthly/quarterly/annual) management reports. - Facilitates global project management and work on ad-hoc projects to drive scale & efficiency. - Sharing of best practices between regions. - Provide timely responses to inquiries and ad-hoc requests Development Value: - The role interacts with both Finance and non-Finance teams globally. - This role will provide the candidate with an understanding of the accounting and administration of general partnerships. - Opportunity to assist with a range of projects/ad hoc tasks, allowing for variation in role across the Global team. - Opportunity to demonstrate added value via the continuing improvement of key GP Accounting processes and activities.

Compliance Analyst Experience: 2 - 5 Years Location: Gurugram Position Type: Contract (6 Months) Work Mode: Hybrid - 4 days office, 1 day WFH Role Overview: - We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to support the compliance and risk management activities within our financial operations team. - The role involves ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular reviews and monitoring of operational and financial processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. - Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating compliance and operational risks. - Maintain documentation and reports related to compliance activities, audits, and findings. - Support in preparing compliance reports for management and external regulators. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address compliance gaps and ensure timely resolution. - Stay updated on regulatory developments relevant to the business and assist in implementing necessary changes. Key Skills & Requirements: - Prior experience in compliance, risk management, or related field within the financial industry (operations background is an advantage). - Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple projects in a fast-paced global project environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
