About the job: We are looking for Global Planning Analyst for one of our US client. This person plays a vital role in managing end-to-end data operations and coordinating print production projects across domestic and international teams. This position ensures seamless data flow, scheduling alignment, and quality control, acting as the central communication hub among stakeholders. Shift: EST US Shift Job Location: Gurgaon, WFO Key Responsibilities: Master Planning & Scheduling: - Align production volumes across U.S. operations, third-party partners (North America), and Mexico. - Maintain master schedules and ensure milestone adherence for print jobs. Data Management & Quality Control: - Receive and organize data files from various internal and external sources. - Conduct initial data quality checks (e.g., file names, quantities, layouts). - Validate files for required content (e.g., address fields, scanlines). - Coordinate with Project Managers for missing data or discrepancies. - Comply with industry data standards (e.g., NCOA validation). - Prepare documentation for Agency Data Team and upload processed files to secure FTPs. Project Coordination & Communication: - Act as the key liaison across Agencies, Production, Data Teams, and Domestic Project Managers. - Manage communication and approval workflows (e.g., caging, scanner, essential approvals). - Coordinate production readiness and inform teams of data approvals. - Use tools like JIRA to track status, issues, and updates. - Support postal strategy optimization to reduce mailing costs. Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). - Experience in supply chain and print production coordination. - Strong data quality and validation skills. - Proficiency in project/data management tools (e.g., JIRA, Insight, FTP). - Strong communication and multi-stakeholder coordination abilities. - Comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced settings

Director - Sales Operations & Commercial Excellence Experience: Must have min 10 Years of Experience. Location: Gurugram Sector-32. Work From Office. US Shifts. Immediate Joiner only. Job Overview: We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to drive sales operations and commercial excellence across our enterprise sales function. This role will focus on optimizing sales processes, improving pipeline visibility, enabling the enterprise sales team, and driving commercial strategy all while leveraging HubSpot as our CRM platform. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Process Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable sales workflows and policies within HubSpot. - Pipeline & Forecast Management: Develop and manage rigorous pipeline health and forecasting processes; partner with sales leaders to improve predictability. - HubSpot Administration & Insights: Serve as the internal owner of HubSpot CRM, ensuring clean data, process automation, reporting, and enablement. - Commercial Excellence: Drive deal desk reviews, pricing governance, discount strategy, and approval workflows for large enterprise deals. - Sales Enablement Support: Work with Sales and Marketing to streamline onboarding, playbooks, and productivity tools for enterprise sellers. - Performance Metrics & Dashboards: Define and track KPIs across the sales funnel; create actionable dashboards in HubSpot or via BI tools (e.g., Excel/Power BI/Tableau). - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leadership across Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing on strategic planning, go-to-market effectiveness, and growth programs. Qualifications: - 10-15 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Excellence roles with B2B/Enterprise sales exposure. - Deep experience managing or supporting enterprise sales motions (not SMB or territory-based). - Hands-on expertise in HubSpot CRM (required). - Strong data and analytical skills; comfort building forecasts, KPIs, and revenue reports. Preferred Skills: - Experience supporting deal desk or commercial governance. - Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally. - Prior experience in fast-growing SaaS, B2B tech, or offshore sales support setup preferred.
