Job Summary: - We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with over 13 years of experience in managing and delivering complex fixed-price projects across global clients. - An Individual will possess a strong mix of traditional project management and Agile/Scrum expertise, with hands-on experience using JIRA for project tracking and delivery. - The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly in working directly with UK-based clients, and strong technical acumen to collaborate effectively with Architects and Solution Leads. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of fixed-price and time-bound technology projects. - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring on-time and on-scope delivery. - Serve as the primary point of contact for UK clients, managing communication, expectations, and satisfaction. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives) while balancing traditional PM disciplines. - Use JIRA for backlog management, sprint tracking, and project reporting. - Coordinate with Architects, Solution Leads, and development teams to ensure technical alignment and solution quality. - Identify risks, dependencies, and issues proactively; develop and implement mitigation plans. - Manage project governance, reporting, and documentation in line with organizational standards. - Mentor and guide team members to drive accountability and delivery excellence. Role Requirements And Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - 13+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in Project Management for fixed-price engagements. - Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience acting as a Scrum Master. - Proven experience managing client-facing projects, preferably with UK-based clients. - Experience working in hybrid delivery models (Agile + Waterfall). - Proficiency in JIRA for Agile project tracking and management. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. - Strong ability to work with technical teams, including architects, solution leads, and developers. - Demonstrated success in managing budgets, timelines, and delivery quality.

Job Summary: - The Wealth and Asset Management Senior Manager will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. - This role requires a strong understanding of private market investments and alternative asset classes, along with technical proficiency in systems and tools used in wealth management. - The ideal candidate will analyse business processes, define requirements, and work closely with IT teams to implement effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to private market investments and alternative asset classes. - Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with technology solutions. - Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to facilitate the development and implementation of technology solutions, particularly for private market-related modules. - Support the implementation of technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience, specifically for private market and alternative asset class functionalities. - Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to trace and analyze data within eFront Invest. - Demonstrate strong requirements elicitation skills to capture and document business needs effectively. - Exhibit strong collaboration and client communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders. - Leverage exposure to portfolio management, trade execution, data control, operations, and portfolio administration to inform decision-making. - Maintain a high-level understanding of data models to support technology implementations and enhancements. - Facilitate training sessions and workshops for team members on private market trends, alternative asset classes, and relevant technology platforms. - Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders. - Display good leadership skills to guide team members and facilitate project success. Role Requirements and Qualifications:. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. -15+ years of experience as a Techno-Functional Business Analyst in wealth and asset management, with a focus on private markets and alternative asset classes. -Strong understanding of private equity, real estate, hedge funds, and other alternative investment strategies. - Experience with alternative asset class platforms available in the market (e. , Investran, eFront, BlackRock Aladdin). - Proficiency in data analysis tools and software ( Excel, Tableau, SQL) and familiarity with relevant technology platforms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
