Assistant Manager

Experience : 7-12 years We are seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing leader who can drive brand growth, customer engagement, and business impact in a fast-paced real estate environment. The role will require a balance of creative vision, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. Sales Enablement & Go-To-Market Execution: - Collaborate with sales leadership to develop go-to-market plans for new launches and inventory drives. - Equip the sales team with marketing tools, assets, and training to improve conversion effectiveness. - Participate in pricing, positioning, and market intelligence activities. Stakeholder Management: - Liaise with internal stakeholders including senior management, project heads, and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. - Manage external agency relationships, vendor contracts, and media partnerships to ensure timely and high-impact campaign delivery. Team Leadership: - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, ensuring alignment on goals, skills development, and performance. - Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity within the team. Requirements: - Minimum 7+ years of experience in marketing, with proven success in brand strategy, campaign management, and performance marketing. - Strong background in luxury brands; prior experience in real estate marketing is highly preferred. - Demonstrated expertise in ATL, BTL, and digital marketing across multiple channels. - Experience in leading cross-functional marketing initiatives from concept to execution, including product launches and go-to-market plans. - Proven ability to develop and execute customer lifecycle strategies, including loyalty and referral programs. - Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams. - Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to convey brand vision effectively. - Strong business acumen with the ability to align marketing strategies to organizational goals and revenue targets.

Job Description - Construction Manager Experience : 10-15 Years - We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to oversee the complete execution of commercial and other large-scale projects, from the greenfield stage through to handover. - The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and delivering on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role will require strategic planning, strong leadership, and meticulous execution. The responsibilities outlined below are key focus areas but are not limited to the following: Key Responsibilities: - General management of construction of Projects from Green field stage to handover. - Co-ordination with internal and external agencies during pre-execution stage and execution stage. - Pre-execution project Planning, setting up milestones and value engineering. - Execution of all construction related work with the help of reputed Engineering and Contracting Companies. - Forecasting monthly Cash Flow, finalization of subcontractors for related works and defining the scope of work. - Identifying the deviations in the budgets during execution phase. - Follow up with consultants and Architects for proper drawings and inputs. - Preparing and presenting monthly MIS reports. - Coordinating with sales/ leasing team to achieve the commitment made to the clients. Requirement: - Minimum 10-15 years of experience in construction project management, with at least one large-scale commercial project completed as Project In-Charge. - Proven track record in managing projects from greenfield stage to handover. - Strong expertise in project planning, milestone setting, and value engineering. - Hands-on experience in coordinating with consultants, architects, and multiple internal and external stakeholders during all project phases. - Skilled in managing reputed engineering and contracting companies for timely and quality project delivery. - Proficiency in forecasting and managing project cash flow, budgeting, and subcontractor finalization with clear scope definition. - Strong ability to monitor and control budget deviations during execution. - Experience in preparing and presenting MIS and progress reports to senior management. - Knowledge of relevant construction codes, quality standards, and safety regulations. - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
