Role Description: We are looking for an Atlassian JSM Consulting / Presales Specialist who can engage with customers, understand their ITSM challenges, and design effective Jira Service Management (JSM)-based solutions. This role combines technical consulting, solution design, and sales enablement bridging the gap between customer needs and product capabilities. Eligibility Criteria: - 4 10 years of experience in ITSM consulting, presales, or solution design roles. - Hands-on experience with Jira Service Management Cloud (or Data Center). - Strong understanding of ITIL v4 processes, ticketing workflows, and automation design. - Excellent client communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills. - Experience in conducting product demos and building POCs. - Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace apps (ScriptRunner, Insight, etc.) is desirable. - Atlassian certifications (ACP-400, ACP-420, or equivalent) will be a strong plus.
