• Process new hires, leaves, separation, employee lifecycle events and employee status change, salary change for global mobility transaction.
• Experience working with solution center technology, Service Now, Oracle, Success Factor, Career Setting, Taleo.
• Responsible for handling end-to-end processes like - Employee Lifecycle operations at Publicis Sapient, New Hire Onboarding, Record Managment, Exit Management, L&D Operations, Background check, HR Helpdesk, Payroll & Benefits etc.
• Experience in processing pay changes, including promotion, demotions, bonus, ad hoc wage, contract to permanent conversion
• Onboarding & Induction for all new joiners. Joining formalities, releasing offer letter, experience letter, relieving letter and Exit Management.
• Possess good knowledge of HR Shared services and HR Operational Processes.
• Taking care of new hire record creation till exit process of India/APAC/ NA/ EU region.
• Resolving query and error related to employee job information, personal information or additional job information.
• Manage employee leaves in Success Factor (CS)
• Updating employee job related data on Career Settings and Oracle.
• Managing different process and multiple geographies from hiring to retiring.
• Ensure efficient delivery of global end-to-end process within predefined operational SLAs depending on priority and complexity.
• Create and maintain the necessary supporting documentation that are related to service requests and transactions
• Provide required service support for resolving any issues or errors in the service delivery
• Performs responsibilities in full compliance with standards, policies and procedures.
