Plant Manager
Responsible for all the plant activities
Ensure customer satisfaction & committed delivery.
Continuous improvement of plant performance in terms of safety, quality, capacity, and operating costs.

Team Management
Manpower Recruitment and Management representing the company with the local authorities and community
Establish network and represent the plant to the Business Associates.

Planning & Budget:
Responsible to the Business Plan in accordance with sales, the costing, production and planning, budget of the plant.

Safety:
Ensure the safety of all operations in the plant perimeter and promote respect of the Take 5 and Serious 7 procedures within his team and in all actions performed. Is legally responsible for H&S of his/her employees.
Production:
Production planing aligned with the Business Plan, monitor and implementation in order to reach the expected production target in terms of quality and costs.
Maintenance:
The maintenance plan in coordination with the corporate maintenance and operation departments, monitor its effective implementation in order to ensure the efficiency, sustainability and operation of all the plant's equipment.

Investments:
Coordinate the investments in the plant according to the corporate investment plan and plant master plan.
QES:
Responsible for the implementation of Quality and Environment System and policies in the plant, the minimisation of the environmental footprint, and compliance of the activities with the local legislation and internal policies.
Supply Chain:
Responsible for the articulation between supply chain needs and production as per the safety norms.
Material management:
Raw material and fuels souring: Look for alternative raw materials in collaboration with the purchasing department.
Performance:
Ensure plant performance, monitoring performance levels, defining appropriate measures when deviation, in collaboration with central performance in order to reach the production objectives. Continuously improve plant performances.
HR:
Coordinate the HR activities in the plant, Responsible for the development of managers, supervisors and employees under his/her responsibility
Finance:
Oversee the financial performance of the plant.
Strategy :
Define the strategy for the site, Formalised in the site Master plan.
Representation:
Establish, build and maintain local networks for positive communication about the plant. Represent the plant before external organizations and authorities regarding matters such as environment and local regulations in order to protect the company's best interests.
Managerial Accountabilities:-
Manage, motivate, develop and lead its own human resources, namely in terms of recruitment, integration and training needs and performance management in accordance with the company's HR policies.
