We identify people at risk for lifestyle based diseases through a master health assessment(MHA) test which takes into account your lifestyle, personal and family medical history, physiometry and personality type giving people a health score. Post identification , we put them on our 16 week behavior modification program. Through interactive quizzes, games, interesting examples we help condition participants to a healthier lifestyle. Data from the MHA helps us personalize it to every individual.
