• Bid win & Bid vetting and Land acquisition and Team lead. negotiating Techno-commercial with Contract obligation
• Good knowledge of Technical specification of EPC Contracting with finance modeling, Fund raising, Cash flow.
• Formation & Finalization of Contract managements with Client & Signing of agreements.
• Responsible for Budgeting, Executing contract with in budget, cash flow, spend analysis, cost Estimating the Projects or Services, materials & EPC Vendor and contract. Cost control of projects.
• Responsibility all P&L. Cost analysis. Investor negotiation and Relation. Follow-up Kick up meetings, financial models analysis , legal agreements, troubleshooting, transaction structuring & Payment Release.
• Representing in the Review meetings to assess the status, compliances (made vs outstanding),
• Coordinating with various inter departments / Disciplines, Agents for on-time submission of tender- highest quality.
• Responsible for Planning for L2 scheduled, Strategy Planning for Project Management Engineering for BD of Projects & Prebid Engg in Tendering stages. Prebid Engineering, Calculation, BOQ evaluation, Data sheet submission, Quality plan , Key SLD Approval using tools Aveva PDMS, Auto cad, Parametric Creo, ANSYS, Master cam, Aurora Cost & BOM, O&As built, SAP.
• Using primavera Finalizing the L2 scheduled. S curve, Bar chart. Resource Planning as HR guide line
