Closely working with the Founders and Functional leads to review the current organizational structure and identify the current and future needs of the Off role and On role Workforce and create a pipeline for the same using different channels of recruitment such as Referrals, social media, vendors, and campus hiring and career page.
• LeadingTech/ Non-Tech recruitment for pan India
• Manpower planning and sourcing some of the best talent in India
• Work with Cofounder level stakeholder to drive recruitment efforts
• Lead multiple projects in identifying and fixing calibration issues and process errors.
• The owner of all the technology used by the HR function. Implemented 2 ATSs, full cycle.
• Owned & ran internal communications, process excellence, careers page employer branding, etc.
• Centralized hiring to avoid discrepancies & deviations.
• Successfully delivered many time-critical recruiting projects
• IJP Management and referral management
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
• Lead employer branding initiatives
• Compliance Management
• Developing, driving and executing comprehensive search strategies to recruit talents at all levels for all skills with limited candidate pools. (i.e., networking, direct sourcing through job portals, head-hunters, LinkedIn recruitment.)
• Manage the entire external candidate process - sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, offer approvals, making contract papers, Offer Letters and On-Board candidates from fresher to leadership level.
