Job Description: - To launch & develop the business of products of BLUESAT – “BALAMOS” and upcoming products thru Distribution channel & Retail Sales.
Responsibilities:-
• SS / Distributor appointment in the given territory.
• Setup Distribution network in the given territory.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly Sales Plan
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Educate / Train / Motivate the team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Brand Visibility and placement of the BLUESAT products.
