Role as Workforce Planning and Optimization

• Responsible for a flawless flow of hiring procedures and timely follow-ups with our associated partners for status report.
• Sharing HCC reports and analysis for the demand of hiring across locations to mark up with the urgency of job fulfilment.
• Keeping a continuous watch on meeting deadlines and boosting team for a speedy hiring process.
• Regular follow-ups on calls with HM, TA and Biz to get the daily status of the hiring’s.
• Sharing end to end status reports to high authorities and taking regular feedbacks on the job done.
• Actively participates in streamlining the knowledge transfer process post hiring of candidates.
• Anticipating needs for both operational & business leaders, key role is to provide consistent daily/weekly/monthly reports to drive the business forward and updated.

Role as Workforce Planner
• Creating new demands in PPMC tools.
• Creating reports from raw data for demand analysis and sharing it with the group.
• Providing on call resolution of all queries raised by the Hm’s.
