Position: Management Trainee
Management Trainee Programme is a special management development programme from Cub McPaws for graduates with 0 to 1 year experience.
For 24 months, you will undertake several projects that will enable you to discover our business and various fields of expertise including business development, sales, data analytics, project management, and logistics. Basis your performance, you will be offered tailor-made development track to give your career an excellent head-start. You will get a chance to work closely with founders and senior team members.

JOB Role:
As a Management Trainee, you will work across functions on strategically important projects. Projects will be assigned basis company requirements and your skills shall be considered for the same. Upon successful completion of a project, you will move to another, completely different function to take up another challenging project and see it through completion.
While each project will require specific skills and have its own Key Result Areas (KRAs), other soft skills such as your willingness to learn about new functions, communication skills, being disciplined and organised will matter.
Upon successful completion, the candidate will take up a senior managerial role within any of the functions previously worked. While you will have a senior mentor helping you with each project, you will often deal in ambiguous terrain, taking decisions in an extremely fast paced work environment.
