Key Roles and Responsibilities :

- HR Business Partner : Co-ordinate with all stakeholders - within Business/Function, and also within HR to facilitate all HR related issues with concerned employees of the Business / Function.

- Recruitment & Selection : Sourcing quality candidates through employee referrals, placement consultants and job portals as per the requirement of the company.

- Joining Formalities : Completing all the joining formalities (filling up of employee data form, verifying the educational, experience and salary certificates of the candidate, entry in the attendance register, sending his papers to Corporate HR to maintain his personal file, Informing all concerned regarding the new joinee, coordination with Corporate HR for creating E-mail ID for a new recruit, conducting / coordinating induction training for the new joinee & monitoring & mentoring the new joinees till they are assimilated with company culture etc.)

- Confirmation Appraisal : coordinating and facilitating the process of confirmation appraisal of those employees on completion of Probation Period.

- Performance Appraisal : coordinating and facilitating the process of conducting the appraisals of all eligible employees on the corporate as well as Team Lease payroll from the assigned zone.

- Induction & Training : coordinating the Induction program of new joinees to brief them about the company's policies and procedures.

- Facilitating the scheduled training programs at various locations in the zone.

Job Description & KRAs :

- To prepare and collect the job description and KRAs of all employees in the zone and ensuring its proper recording and monitoring for further analysis.

- Attendance & Leave Records : Sending attendance of Team Lease, HRJ and HRJ - TBK employees every month as per the due date and maintaining leave details of all the employees on monthly basis and verifying the same during branch visit.

- Separation / Exit of the Employee

- Statutory Compliances : To ensure statutory compliance for all eligible employees by completing all the required formalities.

- MIS and Database Management : Sending all the necessary reports such as recruitment tracker, weekly report, MIS, resignations list, database as per the due date to the concerned person.

- Administration of the Zonal office : Handling entire administration & keeping records of Overheads of the zonal office & identifying means for cost control.

Other Jobs :

- Handling disciplinary issues in the zone & reporting to Corporate HR

- Coordination for Hospitalization claims, Insurance matters, PF claims (transfers / withdrawals), LTA claims, salary a/c opening, issuing new sim card etc.

- Participation in one - to - one discussion between an employee and his / her reporting head in branch office as and when required.

- To visit all branches of the zone on alternate month & develop rapport with the employees.

- To coordinate with Team Lease / Corporate office for all HR related matters of all outsourced employees in the zone.

- Renewal of Shops Establishment Trade Licenses of the offices in the zones.

Qualifications:

- 10-12 years of experience

- MBA in HR / MSW
