Job Description:
As the Senior Manager of Operations for our retail offline pharmacy business, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, overseeing operational activities, and scaling our business from inception to expansion. Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute strategic plans, business models, and growth strategies to drive the expansion and scale-up of our retail offline pharmacy operations.
- Define clear objectives, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve organizational goals.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and threats, leveraging insights to inform decision-making and prioritize resource allocation.
Operational Leadership and Management:
- Oversee all aspects of retail pharmacy operations, including inventory management, sales forecasting, customer service, and regulatory compliance, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
- Establish and optimize operational processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability across multiple pharmacy locations.
- Implement performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Business Development and Expansion:
- Lead the strategic expansion of our retail pharmacy footprint, identifying and evaluating potential new locations for store openings and acquisitions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including real estate, finance, and legal, to execute expansion plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, to facilitate business development and growth opportunities.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing operations team, recruiting top talent and providing mentorship, coaching, and support to foster professional growth and development.
- Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation, empowering team members to take ownership of their roles and contribute to the success of the organization.
