Job Deliverables - Manager/Senior Manager Human Resources Operations

HR Policies and Procedures:

- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that comply with applicable laws and regulations.

- Ensure HR policies are communicated effectively and consistently across the organization.

- Regularly review and update HR policies to align with best practices and changes in legislation.

HR Systems and Processes:

- Oversee and manage HR systems and processes, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and employee offboarding.

- Continuously evaluate and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.

- Implement and manage HR technology solutions to support HR operations

Team Management and Development:

- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high-quality HR services.

- Set clear expectations, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance to achieve team and individual objectives.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting professional development and growth opportunities for team members.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.

- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and mitigate HR-related risks.

- Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and industry trends to proactively address compliance issues.

Employee Relations:

- Serve as a point of escalation for complex employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolving conflicts effectively.

- Collaborate with the HR team and managers to address employee concerns, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.

- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement through effective communication and initiatives.

HR Data and Analytics:

- Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of HR data and metrics to support decision-making and measure HR operational effectiveness.

- Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, address challenges, and recommend improvements

Skills/Experience/Competencies you need to do the job:

- 12+ years of work experience in HR Operations and Business Partnering

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Familiarity with HR systems and technology solutions.

- Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations.

- Excellent leadership and people management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
