Digital Marketing Manager, reporting to Head of Marketing

Team size: 1 marketing executive.

Roles and Responsibility as Digital Marketing Manager:

1. Leading all digital marketing initiatives for the brand across relevant channels

2. Driving brand's visual identity and communication codes across all online channels including but not restricted to FB, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, YT, Google

3. Building brand awareness and preference through digital marketing

4. Developing digital brand strategy and leading execution for all online platforms to cause business outcomes

5. Developing media and creative campaigns for paid and organic social media and influencer marketing

6. Managing performance marketing for the brand

7. Plan, develop and implement SEO strategy for the brand

8. Evaluating important metrics that affect website traffic and bounce rates and collaborate with web developers for designing website content

9. Collaborating with digital agencies - Social Media, Website, Influencer marketing and relevant online partners like Google and Meta

10. Monitoring digital marketing budgets and campaign efficiencies to drive key metrics like clicks and conversions

11. Measuring and reporting campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI

12. Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned to brand and company's values

Digital Marketing Manager requirements:

- MBA in marketing or general management ;additional digital marketing certification would be a bonus

- 6-8 years of relevant experience in brand digital marketing or digital media & creative agency

- Experience in healthcare/pharma space would be preferred

- In-depth knowledge of various digital platforms, best practices and analytics

- SEO and Performance marketing skills

- Creative and analytical skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Up-to-date on latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

Location- Bhandup(Mumbai)
