Job Description :

Logistics Manager is a key role in supply chain network of Zeno health. Our supply chain operations caters to entire store network daily from our network of both Distribution centres and Warehouse. With our geographical expansion into the region the regional network of logistics would increase. The entire network of logistics need to be optimised and should be able to provide deliveries at the destination store within the agreed time period. The role of Logistics manager is to maintain the logistics network under budget and also provide the deliveries with accuracy under the agreed SLAs.

The key deliverables for the role

- Optimise the logistics network and deliver cost targets

- Drives continuous improvement initiatives with logistics partners in partnership with fulfilment centres, customer service and retail teams to improve customer experience, costs and processes

- Drives innovation by taking ownership of strategic projects and operational success

- Executes performance management metrics reviews (cost, speed, efficiency, quality, etc.) for logistics function and derive improvement plans from it

- Conduct daily / weekly business reviews

- Sets / clarifies requirements and expectations for entire Logistics team
