VP - Sales Support - Rates/Credit/Fixed Income

VP - Sales Support

- The candidate will be required to manage Sales Support Process for Rates and Credit, Fixed Income and Cross products covering APAC, Central Europe and US regions

- Have strong technical understanding of Fixed income products

- Responsible for smooth service delivery, process efficiency & change projects, manage Global stakeholders and participate in initiatives across the Debt cluster.

- Manage & support Clients across Fixed Income, Novation and Cross Products across all regions.

- Provide support to the Sales, Front Office and other teams with daily issues, which may include troubleshooting problems arising on an ad-hoc basis or reacting to market driven demands

- Ensure process adheres to EMIR, FED and FINRA guidelines and other Regulatory Requirements.

- Maintain process as per Applicable STARC guidance.

- Develop & nurture talent. Partner with HR & promote strong people practices.

- Ensure all the transitions are in compliance with audit guidelines & requirements.

- Maintain updated KOP- s, SLA's and DTP's for all the process

- Maintain Operational rigor - Adhere to SLAs & TAT, RTB Delivery as per established benchmarks, Proactive approach to risk identification & mitigation, Maintain timely recertification of KOPs & cap models

- Strategic focus to improve Control Environment

- Front end issues & escalations, ensure tactical fixes while seeking strategic solutions

- Engage with stakeholders and drive Cost, Control and Collaboration across locations

- Serve as technical expert for quick resolution of queries from clients/team members etc.

- Deliver robust Resiliency Tests, comprehensively and successfully twice this year

- Support Footprint Rationalisation

- Quality consciousness, driving an ever increasing need to improve quality

- Maintain satisfactory audit profile

- Lead by example and promote DB Values & Beliefs

- Develop & Nuture talent

- Understand regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements per region.

- Ability to break down and fully understand complex queries and support the team in resolving the same
