VP - Sales & Marketing - Pharma (25-30 yrs)

Heading the sales & marketing operations of the following business verticals: Oncology, Nephrology Critical Care, Gynecology.

He shall be leading 200 plus team of sales & marketing professionals reporting to him.

He shall be responsible for :

- Achieving top line & bottom line of the four business verticals and ensuring division-wise profitability.

- Overall P& L of domestic branded formulations business.

- Rigorous implementation of field management systems and establishing work quality & discipline at all levels of field hierarchy.

- MIS management as per the organisational requirements.

- Systematic sales forecasting, production planning & Inventory Control

- Planning and executing sales & marketing strategies and ensuring implementation of the same for brand building & achievement of sales targets.

- New Business Development initiatives & new product launches for driving business growth.

- Achieving systematic primary, secondary, collections and productivity as per industry standards.

- Building a well-trained, competent and stable sales team at all levels.

- Creating a KOL base with sustainable loyalty to the organization / brands.

- Ensuring Return on Investments (ROI) from CRM / KOL development activities.

- Establishing regular, effective review & control mechanisms for evaluation of sales performance and implementing prompt corrective measures.

- Establishing a professional work environment with recruitment & retention policies at par with the industry standards.

Addressing HR-issues promptly in coordination with HR dept and keeping the team high in morale and commitment to the organization.

Salary: Rs. 25 Lakhs+other benefits

- B.Sc (or) B.Pharm, preferably with MBA in Marketing.

Experience :

- 25 - 30 years in the pharma industry. Should have vast experience at various levels in pharma sales & product management.

Candidate must be responsible for Sales & Marketing activities in his current assignment with at least last 5 years as Head/ VP - Sales & Marketing.

Ideal candidate should have sound experience & track record in Strategic planning, Man Management, P & L and New products launches in multiple therapy segments. Super-specialty exposure will be an added advantage.
