Responsible for initiating, defining, delivering and synthesizing analysis to optimize the risk adjusted profitability of the business
- Measure and find better ways to measure performance of existing and future activities
- Influence deployment of marketing activities to ensure ability to test and learn, and enable measurement of performance against objectives
- Share analytical insight with the commercial teams
- Proactively drive strategy by challenging senior stakeholders where appropriate
- Work effectively with peers and management team to achieve shared business objectives
- Present and communicate results to influence senior level stakeholders
- Provide inspirational leadership demonstrating commitment to the strategic goals as well as focusing on execution and delivery

Requirements for the position of Vice President - Marketing Analytics:
- Experience in leading, motivating, managing and developing individuals
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work
- Leadership and people management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to translate insight into a coherent story that drives action
- Ability to drive insight from that data, assess the commercial / financial impact and recommend action
- Conceptual thinking find innovative ways to solve analytical problems
- Team working - Commitment and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to deliver accurate results within tight deadlines
- Effective stakeholder management skills
Preferred :
- Experience analysing programmes through the lens of brand / customer engagement metrics as well as P&L value
- Industry knowledge (ideally experience with major international financial services firm)
- Understanding of statistical methods to enable appropriate interpretation of results
