- Execute the various Service Excellence programs of CLIC in a timely and secure manner; including the governance, hiring and organization capacity to deliver the anticipated savings for CLIC
- As part of OKTP program, implement a more robust monitoring of the pre & post condition with CLIC Operations.
- Implement and roll out the OKTP streams at Bank's in line with the global roadmap
- Implement and roll out the Client Data program to transform the Client Data and Reference perimeter in alignment with the global plan
- Implement and roll out the CXP program in alignment with the global plan
- Coach and develop project managers to achieve the Transformation and all projects.
- For all the projects and programs, ensure appropriate governance with all stakeholders: HR, ITEC, GTS, etc..
- Ensure capex and planning on change management for success of these transformations
- Reinforce local governance regarding the TRANSFORMATION, with an weekly/fortnightly OPCO by project and a monthly TRANSFORMATION steerco.
- Preparation and participation of the CLIC Strategy stratco.
- Participate to and delivery any other transformations/projects required by the business from CLIC
- Helping the construction of the KYC utility and product for corporate sharing the SGCIB expertise.
