Job Title: Vice President - Debt Resolution (DR) Reports To: Partner - DR Products that we offer under this offering: Deep restructuring, One time settlements, One time restructuring, Prepacks for MSMEs, Lenders advisor for restructuring Job Objective - Originate &amp; source debt restructuring opportunities - Assist Partner in developing the resolution advisory business - Coordinate and integrate the DR transactions with the other group Businesses eg - post One time settlement move to refinance - Manage analyst/associate team in for delivery of mandates Key Responsibilities : - Identify key markets, sectors, products and corporates/lenders for DR mandates - Originate resolution opportunities - Structure, coordinate, oversee and execute transactions and ensure that consistent standards are adhered to - Make recommendations for new opportunities to Managing Partner &amp; Partners - Work seamlessly with the Associate/Analyst team Relationships candidate must carry : - Corporate relationships - Banks (PSU and NBFC) - Partners in professional firms - Like ARCs, Investment banks, rating agencies - Financial Institution Heads, Qualifications and Experience : - Minimum MBA or CA from reputable University - Excellent English communication skills - 8-12 years in leading commercial or investment bank - Proven track record in making substantial profits in financial institutions - Experience in managing teams and developing businesses - Product experience in distressed, corporate, structured finance and fully updated with the banking regulations for debt restructuring guidelines - Substantial credit and documentation experience - Private Credit, Distressed experience preferred - Ability to travel up to 75% of time - Self motivated - Ability to work under pressure - Independent and decisive
