We are hiring for the role of VP Marketing for a leading B2B SaaS based company in Bangalore.
- Company is working in a HYBRID model 5 days a week, and looking for a candidate with prior experience in B2B Marketing.
- You will build a strong, passionate, and high-velocity team of writers, designers, managers to market our core product.
- Some days you'll wear the strategy hat to whiteboard our platform's future.
- Other days you'll be hands on reviewing content, driving SEO, introducing marketing automation, and coordinating with our PR partner.
- We want our growth to be not only fast but efficient and sustainable as well.
- You will also act as a trusted adviser to the CEO.
Your specific responsibilities include :
- Leadership, Strategy and Team-building.
- Develop and execute a results-driven marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Represent the company at national and international forums.
- Present the progress and future plans to board members and investors.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent, fostering a culture of learning & career growth.
- Provide leadership and guidance to promote a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
Brand Development and Positioning:
- Define and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Position the brand as a thought leader and innovator in the enterprise software space in education.
- Oversee digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to maximize online visibility and engagement.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
Lead Generation and Demand Generation:
- Implement targeted campaigns and initiatives to generate high-quality leads and drive demand for our software solutions.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to optimize lead acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.
- Implement marketing automation to streamline lead nurturing and customer engagement processes.
- Conceptualize and execute events to engage relevant audiences and generate leads.
Product Marketing :
- Work closely with the product team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
- Create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target customers.
