Velocity - Manager/Senior Manager/AVP - Investment

We are looking for competent professionals to be part of our Investment/Growth/Sales team, who can drive investment/sales to contribute to the company growth and help us in expanding the client portfolio.

Responsibilities

- Develop a keen understanding of Velocity products, identify specific prospects to approach and establish product value proposition for their business and use case

- Account ownership from pitching, negotiating, closing the deals with the team.

- Hiring, Training, Retention of team, and Achieving Productivity of Team.

- Building relationships for establishing profitable, long-term relationships with potential key/strategic accounts.

- Working with key internal stakeholders across teams to drive mutually beneficial partnerships

- Analyze the market and the geography, category and prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to increasing adoption by vendors

Requirement and Skills :

- Excellent at verbal and written communication skills.

- Team Leadership Skills, should have managed teams in previous roles.

- Excellent MIS and tracking skills ,in managing sales funnel.

- Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to build trust and credibility with external partners.

- Adaptability to change within a fast-paced startup environment, ability to handle uncertainty and ambiguity

- Strategic Thinker and collaborative across functions .

- 5+ years of experience in Business Development in B2B SAAS, Fintech, Banking or similar

- Bachelor's degree/Graduate/Post graduate or equivalent

- Ability to manage senior level relationships such as CEOs, Founders, etc.
