Velocity - Manager - Inside Sales

- Identify and analyze key potential clients and their requirements

- Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

- Lead Generation

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects

- Perform effective online demos to prospects

- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales Key

Qualifications :

- 4-8 years of experience in Inside Sales with a regular MBA from Tier 1- Startup experience NBFC or Fintech

- Proficient in Sales Navigator, Lusha and related tools

- Demonstrate a passion to win and drive for results

- Strong communication, listening, presentation and Interpersonal Skills

- Research and strategy skills for market knowledge

- Strong experience in cold/warm calling to leaders at the level of Director above

- Significant experience in sending very high-quality, personalized and content-focused emails

- Outstanding written and oral communication and persistent attitude to succeed

- Superlative commitment, flexibility and motivation to stay focused and generate high-quality leads
