- Min 5-7 years of experience. (preferably collections and ensuring maximum recovery on accounts through inbound/outbound telephone contact in a timely & comprehensive manner to ensure immaculate customer satisfaction. - Identifying delinquent accounts, analyse risk on accounts to take appropriate action to ensure recovery while maintaining the American Express standards of customer satisfaction. - String attention to detail with emphasis on analysing and interpreting data in a systematic manner. - Evaluate card members financial and account data to make business decisions - Meeting all quality metrics, contact efficiency and collections. - Ensure the accounts are in good status by negotiating and collecting payments on accounts. - Excelled with deadline- intensive environment, ensuring the accurate and on-time completion of all projects. - Establish and maintain effective relations with account representatives
