Position: Territory Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai / Pune
Industry: MNC Manufacturing OEM products
Qualification: BE / BTech - Electronics or Mechanical (MBA preferred)
Experience: 5-year experience in sales /marketing with frequent customer interaction.
Note: Knowledge and experience in EMC/EMI solution and/or Thermal solution is preferred.
Job Responsibility:
- Sales responsibility for full range of EMI Shielding products in India and assigned accounts.
- Exceed annual sales target for both India territory and key accounts if any.
- Create and maintain strong potential projects in Opportunities (Pipeline) sufficient to cushion erosions and maintain growth.
- Close win (NBA) more than enough projects to compensate the project erosion and lost.
- Continue to evaluate & adjust the Distribution Channel strategy to support business growth
- Take ownership to communicate with US/EU Sales Team or other parts of Asia to drive the OEM design-in activities overseas.
- Manage well transfer programs among regions and/or locations to ensure the company capturing the business.
- Work closely with Operations and Territorial Sales team to ensure excellent fulfillment is provided to customers.
- Eliminate obstacles to engage with Key OEMs and set up Vendor Code whenever required to grow the business.
- Provide organization a regular update of India business environment and condition for division strategic planning purposes.
- Identify market and product trend, customer needs, and market size/potential.
- Identify new potential customers and applications.
- Establish and implement mid-term (3-5 years) sales growth plan.
- Provide market intelligence to aid in sound product development and commercialization.
- Provide sales management timely reports summarizing business activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (BS) - preferably in Business, Engineering degree or related field. MBA is preferred, but not a must.
- More than 5-year experience in sales and/or marketing requiring frequent customer interaction.
- Knowledge and experience in EMC/EMI solution and/or Thermal solution is preferred.
- Demonstrate a successful proven track record of growing sales organically is highly preferred.
- Experience in successful developing and leveraging distribution channels as sales extension to achieve sales goals.
- Strong Strategic Thinking mindset and sense of ownership.
- Strong analytical, technical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, result centric and self-motivated to exceed expectation.
