Tech Manager cum Architect - Telecom - IIT/NIT/BITS

Looking for candidates from E-Commerce Companies and from Premium institutes.

Job description:

- Design and integrate application platform to support eCommerce flows for online and mobile

- Diagnose and solve system problems related to commerce implementation

- Provide inputs and direction to senior developers on the team for design and implementation

- Designing new application framework for the given business problem

- Breakdown of business requirements to orient for product/component/micro services

- Partnering with stakeholders to create solutions that would enhance the digital and cross channel experience

- Drive experiment(build prototypes) to validation for augmenting business value and enhance experience using the advance technology

- Partner with data science team to derive insights of customers behavior and preferences and drive the personalization

Qualification/Experience

- Domain knowledge in eCommerce and Retail- Must

- Technology expertise - Hands on with commerce platform and open source technology stack

- Strong logical, analytical and problem solving skills

- Knowledge of A/B testing

- Hands on expertise on web and mobile web software development on diverse stack including Javascript, Java, Node JS, Javascript frameworks, application development on cloud

- Knowledge and experience with agile methodology

- Experience on devops tool chain
