- Exp : 10-12 years
- Exposure to selling solutions, offerings in the Microsoft Technology Stack specifically in Dynamics 365, Power platform with Azure, Power BI + Analytics, Office 365 and Azure development would be great. Should be largely a farmer and some bit of a hunter.
- Build relationships with key executives in these accounts. Increase the stakeholder map. Maintain Customer base through frequent contact and visits to customers;
- Ensure successful delivery of services in close coordination with project teams and work closely with the delivery teams to pass on any constructive feedback received from the customer for corrective action.
- Manage and grow a given set of Accounts in terms of Order booking, Revenue, Profit Margins, Customer satisfaction, etc.
- Ability to converse with senior customer stakeholders including Senior IT stakeholders, Business Process Owners, Procurement heads, SVPs and even the CIO. Build and Maintain strong relationship and keep them warm, current and relevant at all times.
- Leverage the stakeholder map to tap into the broader landscape of the organization. Understand from IT stakeholders their short and long term plans and identify opportunities to plug into them.
- Help map internal stakeholders (BU heads, BDU teams) to newly identified customer stakeholders for relevant connects and deeper/distributed relationship management.
- Take Tarrento portfolio to the right stakeholder and showcase our capabilities including what we have delivered for other customers.
- Increase Tarento's footprint in the account.
- Maintain a brand recall.
