Strategy Analyst - Internet Industry

You will work alongside the leadership to help them make decisions and implement enhancements to their organizations' strategy, productivity, performance, and long-term profitability. You will have the opportunity to exercise strong analytical skills, solve complex business problems, and communicate your findings to executive audiences. You will work both independently and collaboratively with a team to analyze and distill information to hypothesize, test, and develop recommendations.

This role will be reporting directly to the CEO with a close working relationship with the CFO & CBO

Responsibilities :

- Improve, execute and effectively communicate significant analyses that identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the business

- Provide strong and timely financial and business analytic decision support to business partners and various organizational stakeholders

- New audience, new market, new category, new product analysis to provide efficient guidance on deployment of necessary resources

- Stays abreast of current industry trends and new technology (both domestic and international) through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars.

- Develop actionable roadmaps for improving workflows and processes, and establish and organize KPIs

- Project management of key growth projects - Ensures a strong and seamless relationship by maintaining communications about the project to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

- Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions

- Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives

- Ability to effectively communicate with a project team and engage with multiple stakeholders; exceptional team management skills including managing through multiple layers

- Passionate to learn about Start-ups, Consumer-Tech and Commerce

- Undergraduate degree in B.Tech/Engineering with 2-4 years of relevant work experience

- MBA is preferred
