Profile:

The person should be conceptually strong with good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lead a team of HR professionals as well as liaise with senior line management is a pre-requisite, HR Support for Building New designed an organization structure in alignment with the business strategy, Compensation and Reward Management, Recruitment and Selection

- Have to Manage generalist HR Functions for the Group focused in the Wealth Management Business

- MBA / PG in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations with min 8 years of experience

The position reports to Director – Human Resources

Reportee’s – HR Executives | Manager

Salary - Can be discussed across the table with benefits
