Sr Manager/Manager - HR - Mfg

Experience in HR, IR and Administration related functions

- Required Experience in areas and smooth running of the system. Wages, Insurance, Welfare etc.

- Liaison related works (Familiar with Labour, Factories, Fire, Electricity Board, DIC, APIIC, PF, ESI, Insurances, Boilers, Electricity, Explosives, State Excise, Drug control etc. departmental activities.)

- Handling statutory compliance at all levels like IF, PF/ESI and Labor Office etc.

- Pay Roll Processing

- Contract Labor Management

- Statutory Compliances & Industrial Relation

- Employee Relations

- Performance Management

- Maintaining cordial relations with Public, Politicians, and Officials.

- Managing various employee communication initiatives for proper integration with business objectives.

- Deployment of PMS at all levels and timely completion of KRA setting & reviews

- Training & Development

- Responsible for identifying possible attrition cases with Zonal / Line Managers and make action plan to control.

- MBA / IRPM / PG in personnel management with min. 8 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
Having experience in Pharma/Chemical industry will be preferred

Job Location: Jedcharla, 80 Kms from Hyderabad city and candidate should stay in Jedcherala only.
