Managing inventory in entire system and working towards to improve over all inventory turns by implementing strong system of procurement and strong coordination with
- Customer/ Field requirement coordination
- Forecast management
- Coordination with SCM for import long lead time material
- Managing customer on time delivery expectation and improving product delivery lead time by
- Working across boundaries to look at bottleneck and drive cross functional project to reduce lead time.
- Manage and drive Cost reduction projects and look for opportunities across supply chain and logistics to delivery annual saving targets.
Manage and improve to be best in class operations for:
- Planning function
- Contract logistics center (warehousing)
- Procurement function
- Develop strong leadership pipeline.
- Monthly MIS reports
- Supply chain professional having knowledge of end to end supply chain process (supplier to customer)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the stores department of a large scale Engineering industry.
- Good Communication skill
- Should possess good interpersonal & team skills.
- Should be able to plan & organize effectively.
- Should possess problem solving & analytical ability
