- Primary responsibilities include supporting the HR team on a gamut of generalist functions and business partnering with Ops heads. Working closely with Head HR, India on various aspects listed below and as & when new projects/initiatives need to be implemented. Train and develop new HR team member while playing a mentor role to junior members.
- The HR Specialist is expected to be on top of HR trends and programs being run in the industry. The Specialist role is a blended role with aspects of specialization across core HR growth areas such as HR Operations, Employee Benefits and an HRBP role.
The HRBP role will include but not be restricted to HR activities as listed below.

2. Employee engagement, retention and exit program
