- Identify and recommend changes to improve process efficiency as well as minimise exposure thru key controls in business process flows.

- Identify and mitigate areas of risk

- Design sustainable Business Controls

- Deep understanding of all business processes from E2E perspective

- Worked on complex business transformations

- Process audit
