SCS is an inflection point having grown at 30% Y-O-Y for the last 3 years. It is now looking for a Rising HR Star to join its HR Team as HRBP / HR - Generalist based out of its Mumbai HQ. Responsibilities: - The incumbent will report to the Head- HR and will be responsible for activities which may span across all domains of HR. - Role will be responsible for employee engagement activities, employee grievances development opportunities. - The incumbent will be responsible in execution of strategies for goal setting programs, coordinating for learning and development training programs et al. - Hands on experience in HR payroll processing, FNF settlements and compliance is needed. - Hands on experience on Applicant Tracking System - maintaining dashboards and other metrics related to Talent Acquisition is desired. - The role will also be responsible for monitoring employee lifecycle in terms of employee on - boarding, exit and stay interviews etc. Professional Experience Required: The ideal candidate will also be characterized by the following attributes: - 2-4 Years of Experience in a HRBP role with a strong track record of achievement. - Hands on experience in human resource activities, as an individual contributor. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good presentation skills and excellent negotiation skills. - Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain a network with organizational employees, business heads and external business relationships. - Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability and tech savvy - Keen interest in conducting research and data-driven insights coupled with outstanding planning &amp; analytical capabilities.
