JOB PURPOSE  The role/ position holder is responsible for implementation of smooth & effective running of the SCS office administration requirements in line with the Company's overall business objectives  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  This section illustrates the core accountabilities of the position.   Facilities & Infrastructure Management   - Implement structured Infrastructure & Facilities Management Services like Office Contracts Services ( existing & new), Office Security & Insurances, Front & Travel Desk, AMCs management, Fire safety, Assets Management and ensure overall Office compliance across locations under a centralized control leading to cost saving and effectiveness  - Work proactively and in close coordination with SCS Leadership to ensure that office administration decisions are taken with an understanding business priorities and function specific needs  - Plan, Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences and seminars for the organization whenever needed  Vendor Management   - Liaison and negotiate with vendors with an objective to seek best possible deals keeping in mind the budget allocated without compromising on the service levels or the company's overall objectives  - Evaluate vendor performance and set service level agreements and monitor the same  Service Quality Management  - Ensure quality of services provided within the office are on par with prescribed Company standards  Budget Management  - Maintain and control the overall budgetary record and inventory for office administration function.   - Provide periodic dashboards to the senior management team on expenditure versus budget allocated and cost efficiency measures  People Management - Manage the office staff involved in day to day maintenance, provide guidance and review the performance of the staff  - Monitor staff timeliness, cleanliness and adherence to Company policies and rules  Salary offered: 10 - 15 LPA
