Responsibilities :&nbsp; - The profile will be working closely with the SCS leadership to create the overall content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term brand targets. This role entails end-to-end responsibility of creating, drafting &amp; managing the content for SCS - Strategise and develop short-form &amp; long-form content for articles, blogs, infographics, presentations, and customer guide books, Facebook and Google ads, emailers etc. - The role will ensure that not only engaging content is written, but will also ensure its appropriate distribution both internally and externally to drive engagement. - Create content pipeline, either through internal teams or through aggregation, and ensure release of 2-3 pieces on weekly basis. - Develop an understanding of the target audience through online and traditional market research as also edit, proofread and improve specialist's write-up. - Perform content gap analyses to determine what type of content is missing and what is needed. - Establish style guides that specify the writing style and tone needed to create engaging content. - Stay up-to- date with developments, utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas - Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics - Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board
