We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, energetic, innovative and entrepreneurial. You will take an active role in developing the "concept through implementation" plan for various ideas and guide through full development life-cycle. Role Description : - As CTO, it will be his/her responsibility to architect and oversee the building of the entire technology platform for all aspects of the loan process, viz., application, automated decisioning, 3rd party financial data-source integration, loan lifecycle management, data-driven learning algorithms; among others. - In partnership with the company's founders, identify opportunities and risks for delivering the company's services as a web-based business, including identification of competitive services, opportunities for innovation, and assessment of marketplace obstacles and technical hurdles to the business success. - Responsible for digitizing the entire gamut of lending operations. Reduction in cost of operations by leveraging the digital shift. - Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms (including web application frameworks and the deployment stack) for delivering the company's services. - Direct development and execution of an enterprise-wide information security plan that protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company's data and servers. - Collaborate on the User interface and Experience side and work of the company's web application. - Select or define the company's software development methodology. - Develop technology framework and establish the initial architecture for the application. - Responsible for development and implementation of IT architecture strategies to accommodate current and future organizational needs. Desired skillsets : Qualifications :&nbsp; - B.Tech/B.E from a leading university. - Minimum 3-5 years exp into Product Development and building the architecture of the product in banking, payments, B2B Lending space. - Familiar with more than one software development methodology. - Ability to develop the vision, mission, motivate and build a high performance technology team - Must have expertise in building and delivering large scale, high performing systems - Should have worked in a financial institution or a fintech company related to analyzing loans or credit ratings.
