- Product management experience for Customer Experience related products.
- Strategize and drive digital customer experience across mobile, web and call center for consumers.
- Lead product strategy and development of digital customer experience roadmap.
- Develop the product roadmap based on customer insights and behavior
- Collaborate with business teams across the organization such as Customer service, Operations team to understand the requirement and challenges from consumer perspective
- Work with design and engineering teams to guide their investments for research, prototyping, experimentation, and overall design thinking
- Own and deliver the product roadmap.
- Monitor and measure milestones and feed insights back into product development process to improve NPS
