- Provide a strong HR partnering role to the business
- Manage a team of executives for providing HR support in areas of Talent Acquisition, induction and on boarding, performance management, employee query and grievance handling, people capability building, HR audits, HR MIS and dashboards and other areas in HR Operations
- Proactive stakeholder management both within the organization and outside
- Ability to garner market intelligence on HR trends impacting business
- Carry a collaborative approach for resolving problems at hand
- Develop, maintain and report various MIS and trackers and review the key HR parameters periodically.
- Past experience of developing HR policies and guidelines shall be an added advantage.
- Proven track record/capability of implementing best in class performance management systems
- Process oriented with ability to establish documented procedures. Exposure to having participated in ISO project(s) will be an added advantage
