Role expectations : - Validate the underwriting process on ground through prudent audit checks and execution of robust Hind sighting framework thereby ensuring branch hygiene - Post disbursement document management - Play a key role in creation of design and in customer need fulfillment process for the PMAY ensuring that the claims are settled within TAT - Managing vendors (RCU vendors, lawyers, etc.) and their billing settlements - Provide Feedback to Policy team based on the intelligence gathered on ground - Internal and external audit related activities Technical competencies : - Knowledge of mortgage credit underwriting methods and processes - Knowledge of Regulatory requirements related Mortgages Behavioral competencies : - Detail oriented mindset - Excellent relationship management with internal and external stakeholders - Ability to train and develop the team
