Job Description :
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives while creating an inspiring environment while leading a team of 15-20 sales reps.
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly sales quotas; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Driving customer lifetime value by defining the Customer journey; Controlling churn rate;
- Increasing revenue by upselling/ cross-sell; Deploying programs to help drive business value with customers; Customer goal achievement;
- Collaborating across teams to identify and pursue customer growth opportunities
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Prepare sales action plan and strategies
- Monitor and present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Representing the voice of the customer and influencing internal stakeholders by promoting a customer-centric mind-set across the organization
