Sr.Manager / Manager Finance & Accounts - Retail Industry
- Lead the Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, Banking and Tax teams. Overall team size 10+ staffs
- Responsible for accurate and timely accounting, closure of books and preparation of monthly results.
- Ensure correct accruals and prepayments are processed monthly.
- Revenue accounting, and ensure control accounts are reconciled.
- Ensuring tax compliances e.g. filing of monthly, quarterly and annual GST and TDS returns, Company Law compliance etc
- Driving process improvement, standardization, and better controls.
- Lead audit efforts, interact with Directors and other key management team members.
- Preparation of annual financials, including schedules and notes to accounts, tax computation. Assist in Tax audits and other statutory compliances.
- MIS preparation and analysis
Key SKills:
- Strong experience in accounting (IND-AS) / IFRS, process development and controls
- Chartered Accountant with 5-7 years of experience.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, experience of working in an ERP environment.
- Good analytical skills
