- Collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics.
- Gather benchmark data about jobs, compensation and benefits
- Calculate retention, turnover and internal mobility rates
- Report on key recruiting metrics like time to fill and hiring costs, compensation analytics, ranges, etc Forecast HR costs by department and help create budgets
- Analyzing and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and advising on solutions
- Reviewing employee and candidate data for various analysis
- Expertise in Advanced Excel and handling large volume of data
- Should have experience of working on Compensation and Benefits
