Sr. Mgr Finance for a big conglomerate in Delhi:  Responsibilities:  - Review and Approval of the Annual Operating Plans/ Long Range Plans submitted by Businesses  - Financial Statements Review and assistance in closure of complex accounting issues  - Review of key taxation proposals including status updates on important litigation /planning initiatives  - Assistance in formation of KRAs of Apex level positions and businesses  - Assistance in designing and periodic review of Engagement Guidelines with Businesses.  Educational Qualifications:  - CA with articleship from Big Fours or reputed firms.  - Candidates from Big 4's are preferred.  - Strong knowledge on Taxation is mandatory  Relevant Experience:  - 5-6 years of experience with a reputed Business House in Financial Planning and Analysis or from one of Big Fours in business consulting and strategy roles.  CTC : 20 - 24 Lacs
