Sr. Manager Exports

Sr. Manager Exports (Only from Ceramic / Tile Industries)

- Build an annual export plan P&L accountability for international sales

- Generate new leads

- Develop current customers

- Build and maintain business relationships with key customers

- Deepen business activity with current customers

- Coordinate the team to make sure supply meat design, time and quality

- Manage additional export specialist

- Develop and execute a comprehensive international business strategy to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.

- Lead the international sales and marketing teams, setting clear goals and objectives, and ensuring successful market penetration.

- Oversee the end-to-end export process, including market research, product adaptation, pricing strategies, and distribution channels.

- Analyze and assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions.

- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements

- Build and nurture strong relationships with international partners' distributors, and clients to drive business development

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, International Relations, or a related field (MBA preferred

- 10 years of experience in a similar role

- Experience in the porcelain industry, big size Slabs and Premium product - A must;

- Excellent negotiations skills

- Great rapport and interpersonal skills

- Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus
