Role Overview:
As a Senior Manager in Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and executing our digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative campaigns across various digital channels to effectively reach our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including but not limited to lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEM, SEO, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and KPIs to track ROI, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns.
- Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and achieve goals.
- Handle large-scale budgets of at least 2 Crore/month, ensuring effective allocation and optimization to maximise ROI.
- Leverage your expertise in handling large volumes of data and analysing complex data sets to derive actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrate gravitas in managing multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, external agencies, and senior leadership, to drive key strategic initiatives and projects forward.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to continuously enhance our strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from Tier I/II college; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving results and managing successful campaigns.
