Designation: Assistant Vice President / Senior Manager - Investment Banking / Transaction Lead

Location: Corporate Office - Mumbai - Ballard Estate

Saturdays Off / 5 days Week Organisation.

Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting the Transaction Lead in execution of transactions in the above-mentioned areas

Qualification:

Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance) / CFA

Experience: 3 - 5 years in an investment banking division of a Bank / NBFC / large professional advisory services group / credit rating agency.

Location: Mumbai

1. Adept at Balance Sheet and Industry analysis

2. Analysis of business model of the company

3. Financial modelling and valuations

4. Deep understanding of industries, corporate credit and project finance, with analytical skills for formulating structured deals

6. Should be able to work in cross-functional teams;

Proactive approach to organizational issues, with multi-tasking capabilities
